Dr. Stock uses digital x-rays and intraoral cameras to look at patients’ mouths with extreme detail and detect potential issues or irregularities, like tooth decay, gum disease, and bone loss. Palms Dental uses laser dentistry, such as DIAGNOdent’s caries detection aid, to find and treat tooth decay in the earliest stages using laser fluorescence. The DIAGNOdent pen helps us detect fissure caries in children and adolescents, “iceberg” syndrome (proximal caries), calculus, and infected or affected tissue. TVs in Rooms
Palms Dental has TVs in treatment rooms so patients can enjoy entertainment and easily view their x-rays and oral images. Dr. Stock uses the TVs to show patients their teeth, gums, and other oral tissues as he explains treatment options.
