Directions to Our Office:
We are 2 blocks West of downtown Bradenton, between 20th & 26th Street West, on the North side of Manatee Avenue.  From Manatee Avenue W. turn North onto 20th Street and make an immediate left into our parking lot.

Office Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Closed daily from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm for staff lunch

Pre-Medication
Please notify our office immediately if you are required to be pre-medicated with antibiotics prior to your dental visit.

Payment Options:

  • Payment is due at time services are rendered
  • We accept Cash, Checks & Visa/MasterCard
  • We offer flexible monthly payment plans through Capital One Healthcare
    • 6 month & 12 month interest free options for those who qualify
  • We are an In-Network Participating Provider Office for most PPO Insurance Plan

Insurance Policy:
We are a contracted in-network provider with most PPO Insurance Plans. We offer all our patients the option of a predetermination from their insurance company to review benefits prior to treatment.  However, ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to keep up with all of their insurance benefits and any changes that may take place. We cannot and do not guarantee payments from insurance companies. The insurance company determines all benefits.
We cannot compromise on your care, but we can do our best to help you get the benefits you deserve.   Our office is obligated to provide you with the treatment you need, but your insurance carrier is only obligated to pay what your policy contract calls for.

Cancellation Policy:
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48 hours [Monday- Thursday] notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
